MLB Regular Season Thoughts in 1400 characters

I've wanted to do this for a couple of days now, but just got so far behind on things around here that it just had to keep getting put aside

I'll do so by giving the winner of each division and why (in 140 characters), then give you the wild card for each league and why...let's go

AL East: Have to give it to the Yankees...most complete team in baseball...yes I know they spend the most, but at least they've spent wisely

AL Central: Still like the Twins to win out despite losing Joe Nathan...they can close by committee and rely comfortably on Morneau/Mauer...

AL West: People are talking about what the Angels lost in the off-season with Lackey/Guerrero gone, but they still have a formidable team...

NL East: You would have to be a fool not to pick the Phillies...second most-rounded team in baseball and best team in the National League...

NL Central: Much like the NL East, one team dominates over everyone and it's the St. Louis Cardinals...good lineup and great 1-2 starters...

NL West: Colorado Rockies should come out of this division, but can't afford to have a prolonged slump like they did starting the '09 season

AL Wild Card: Boston Red Sox is a close 2nd to the Yanks...they have a better/deeper starting five, but have much less power in their lineup

NL Wild Card: Love the Atlanta Braves! So much great youth working its way through the system and Jason Heyward/Tommy Hanson are just studs!
