After what happened at the NHL draft last night, I swear, that's the last time I ever deal with anything having 2 do with the word "mock"...
No longer will ask mock questions, nor will I even look to buy mock chicken (not a big loss...) and I will never look at a mock draft again!
The obvious picks are made at 1-2 as a lot of people expected...Taylor Hall goes to Edmonton and Tyler Seguin goes to Boston...all are happy
Did Cam Fowler and Brandon Gormley develop some sort of disease that Anaheim and Phoenix respectively weren't aware of? So much for Top 5...
Anaheim must have been ecstatic with Fowler at 12....how many times did they check to make sure he wasn't already taken and it was missed...
Same deal for Phoenix and Brandon Gormley at 13....a Top 5 guy all season long drops to 13? That pick could be talked about for a long time!
Wonder how Sens fans are feeling after the team decided 2 trade the pick to St. Louis for David Rundblad...does that add any extra pressure?
I like their thinking...if the Sens feel there's no one available that projects better, then pick up Rundblad with 1 year more experience...
